"I want to give the fans what they want, and fight Mayweather" says Pacquiao eagerly. "But its up to my promoter".

Arum has long since started construction on a Las Vegas stadium to seat 80 thousand boxing fans for the anticipated clash.

"I would like to make the fight for November, but we all know that's just wishful thinking" Said Arum. "Until Floyd gets out of prison and comes looking for me personally, then I have nothing to work with. The fight can probably happen next year"
