      I am pretty sure this training style was proven to being ineffective. With the lack of oxygen you hurt your muscles or something. I read it on a MMA forum, they do this alot

                He's been doing this for a while. The goal is to simulate high altitude conditions while he's training. It's the equivalent of training at high altitude and resting at sea level. Conte thinks fighters shouldn't train and rest at high altitude because it's counter-productive.
