Cotto lands the harder shot. Tony is an accumulation puncher that walks through your punches. I was at the Cintron vs Margarito rematch and it actually looked like Cintron's punches had more pop early on but Tony just walked through them. Cintron didn't take Tony's punches as well and that was the fight.
