Timing is the key and the Ghost has great timing. Aydin has power and is fast but the key stat is the reach. Aydin is 5'-7" with a 65" reach, Guerrero is 5'-8" with a 70" reach. Robert will be able to keep Aydin at bay with his excellent jab and that will cause Aydin to get frustrated and get careless.

The longer this fight goes the worse it will be for Aydin, Guerrero adapts well and he will play Aydin like a fiddle.

Aydin is a low 2nd or high 3rd tier Welterweight, his performance against Ouali and gift decisions against Jo Jo Dan outlined that. His physical strength is the only real issue Guerrero will have against him because, other than that, he's slow, methodical, and has the punch output of a Heavyweight.

Guerrero is going to easily outwork him and land some good shots in the process. To take it a step further, The Ghost should be disappointed in his peeformance if he doesn't stop him.
Well said man, well said. I'm surprised at the amount of people who even think this is a risk, Aydin sucks. The bold is true also, at least someone has been watching him.

Meh, the recent Soto fight has me thinking in a weight and size perspective for this fight.
No doubt Guerrero can outbox... what I worry about is if, and I mean if, he gets caught will he be alright.
He also hasn't fought in a long time and I don't know how well his shoulder is doing.
Just doubt in my mind right now... could be gone sooner or later

Aydin is an over hyped Turkish fighter, who mainly fights in Turkey. Guerrero is a Technical boxer- puncher with power, whose going to expose this guy, in the same way abraham was exposed by Froch. Aydin is like a street fighter, wings big looping punches, has no balance, & basically stands right in front of you, trying to counter with power shots, lol.

Styles make fights , but skills pay the bills, Guerrero has skills, Aydin does not, more importantly!, nor has he EVER beaten anyone noteworthy, Jo Jo Dan is NOT a noteworthy fighter, geez people, you fall in love with a fighter cause "allegedly" he can punch? who's chin has Aydin tested? huh, I think its more of Aydin's style that gives the Illusion that he can punch "extraordinarily" hard, not say he doesnt punch hard, but harder than who? lol, they call him little tyson, but thats in Turkey, Tyson is famous & revered worldwide, so its no surprise that the Turkekish media would associate a turkish fighter with a brawling type style with Tyson, for hypes sake.

As long as Guerrero doesnt do anything ****** & get caught with something sloppy while taking a risk at the wrong time, he's gonna break Aydin down & most likely Knock him out, depending on how tough this Turkish fighter really is. Guerrero will should have no problem seeing Aydin's punches on incoming & countering this dude all night. Aydin cannot box, only brawls, & when you get up on this level of competition, thats not enough, even with power , ie: Arthur Abraham. Guerrero should dust this guy off, no problem, then the hype will be exposed, & the same fans jock riding Aydin, will swiftly, lol, jump off, & claim him a hype job. Yet you were unable to access that until after the fact. gee whiz
You're right about Aydin, he is a lower grade AA, with dirtier tactics. But the Froch comparo might not be right, Froch was the naturally bigger man there and his strength did play a role. Guerrero is much longer than Aydin, but that doesn't make him the bigger man. But Jojo Dan is really a light punching jww, and he outboxed Aydin for long stretches. Aydin won't have the home ref or judges this time.

Guerrero is a much better puncher than Soto, even at 135 and he also has the build to fight at the higher weights, 140 or 147. I ran through plenty of Aydin fights after Berto was "supposedly" ducking him, and to my surprise, he sucks. I don't say that about many fighters but he's like a poor man's Maidana, but with very little work rate.

I remember when he was trying to campaign for Mayweather, I didn't realize how tall he was until then.
As for Aydin, I only saw one and that was the first Jo Jo fight.
If I remember correctly, the first KD was BS... but that's all I remember... haven't seen much on him since. I do know he carriers some power in his fists.
Well, here's hoping the sports books have him as a underdog because of his record and layoff
