Damn people are cold blooded. I know it's Victor Ortiz in the middle of something (again?) but his jaw was broken!! He may have fought on IF he had too but already having earned a few million, no need to do permanent damage to his face, especially for Canelo's over-protected arse.

i really am disliking the Ortiz's trainer for his inability to help him become a better defensive fighter, the Lopez fight could have been much easier imo, if Ortiz would stop this very risky style of coming towards his opponents directly squared up i know this probably allows him to deliver powerful shots with both hands but this has to be done once you are closer and you have to really be able to dodge shots as you come in, like Chavez sr. would do, otherwise you are sitting duck for uppercuts and hooks. i also felt he didn't effectively judge Lopez's reach witch allowed him to land shots from distance..don't take anything away from Lopez though he is a great boxer and slugger obviously but i really felt that it was a matter of time before he went down, if Ortiz would have continued...really dissapointed Ortiz has power in both hands i think he really needs to change trainers but it may be too late to teach this guy new skills,,,who knows...

With or without a broken jaw he's losing that fight big time.
