ORTIZ vs RIOS - Quitter vs Fatboy

Both came of awful performances where Rios was awarded one of the biggest gifts this year and Ortiz well he lost to somebody he wasn't supposed to by quitting! One of them can redeem them selves and the other can go into construction, so what do ya say?

****** question not sure if you trying to be funny but Ortiz is 147 knocking on the door of 154. Rios never fought a porfessinal fight above 135 lol.

this is like asking if mayweather will fight ward at 168 just dumb. Do you even know the sport boxing or do you just follow the darma?

Ortiz did not have an awful performance last night...

Rios has more heart, but Ortiz is too much for him...

i don't even remember giving 1 round to rios. that was one of the biggest robberies anyone could ever see. ortiz is a big letdown now that he has proved he's still the same fighter as he was in the maidana fight. no one knows how bad the pain of his broken jaw was, but at that level of boxing where he's at and the money he's making, he should've stuck it out.
as for this fight, i think ortiz beats rios. he's a bit bigger, i think a bit stronger as well, and since they have a bad past together, i think ortiz would never quit in this fight, honestly. i think he would know what a loss to rios would do to him, not just professionally but mentally since these guys have a serious dislike for each other.
wasn't rios suppose to fight herrera at 141 and not 140? so he basically would have been a welterweight in his next fight. damn, i wouldn't mind seeing that fight next year, if both don't lose anymore than they have already.

If I was ortiz I would stay put at 147 because if a 140 lber comes up and breaks your jaw then what would have canelo done to him? Rios could easily move upto 147 afterall he has been calling ortiz out for a while now, now is the right time for both fighters, why not?

He boxed really badly last night, all he can do is ****, but when he faces a fighter who can take his power and dish out their own e.g. Maidana/Lopez its quit time ......

Exactly, it's a good fight for both fighters to get back on track.

Yep Rios needs to move up anyway. I def would want to see this fight since it comes with a great build up not just with the fighters but also with the trainers.
