Meh about the clowning, i dont really give a **** about that as i think it's a well known fact what would have happened to Calzaghe if he had even dared to try that against the actual Roy Jones Jr and not his ghost. If a shot to pieces RJJ, a 90 year old Hopkins both could send Calzaghe flat on his arse(and beat him in Hopkins case IMO), i shudder to think what both these two ATG's would have done to him in their primes.

Im no Calzaghe hater. I rate him as one of the UK's best ever, a great fighter indeed with a couple of solid wins on his resume. I give him the Hopkins win, even though i thought he lost it was a close fight and no robbery so he deserves credit for that. Kessler was also a solid win. But that is all.

Anyone, i repeat anyone, who gives Calzaghe an iota of credit for the RJJ win is no fan of the sport of Boxing, only a fanboy of a particular fighter. And the way i look at it, it'll always be Boxing fans>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Fanboys.

And i say that as a Boxing fan, not a RJJ fanboy. I know you may look at my username and think im being biased but for me it's always been and always will be Boxing first. Then any particualr fighters second.

Calzaghe get's zero credit for the RJJ win from me, and so he should from any other Boxing fan who has any respect whatsoever for this great sport.

Sure Calzaghe is a good fighter, but Roy Jones won titles in four weight divisions including heavyweight.. that's legendary! Who else has started at middleweight and won a heavyweight title?

in 1999-2002 Joe would have been younger to....and Joe had 21 title defenses which is also legendary
