Vic is now 36 year old and has lost his last 2 fights (and 3 out of the last 5) while fighting between 115 and 118 #. The best of the armenian was at 112 # where he held his IBF title longer. With the age factor and fighting in this new upper division, it would be naive to expect Darchinyan to be reminiscent of what he once was. I think Del Valle wins this fight getting Vic closer to retirement.

Regardless of weight, Del Valle is going from the kiddie pool to the olympic swimming pool. It is a huge jump.

Not a bad idea to get Darchinyans name for your resume

****** fight for Del Valle. Vic can punch and Del Valle is a bit too willing to mix it up. I wouldn't be surprised if he got drawn into a war and got stopped.
