Will Rosinsky, was 2005 United States Amateur Light Heavyweight Champion, fought a rising top 15 super middleweight fighter Edwin Rodriguez basically to a draw although Rosinsky lost that fight as a poorly judged decision. This guy is more that a club fighter..I still say Pavlik wins, but real good fight to see where Pavlik is at this stage of his caeer, I am not sure Pavlik has the KO power at 168 that he had at 160 that is yet to be seen.. -
Wishing does not make it true kelly pavlik needed will power to not drink his talent away. Well now he'll have some will (power) rosinky cant wait till july 7th.Comment

And that's why Pavlic is gonna lose...because he sees this Rosinsky kid as you do...and I watched the Rosinsky/Rodriquez fight...kid is talented, Rosinsky skill wise IMO is a better boxer then Pavlic, call me crazy.Originally posted by White KnightPavlik's camp is happy as hell getting a TV fight with a sure win against a little talent with no skills. Pavlik gets paid to beat on a chump on national TV and tune up for a name opponent. It doesn't get any easier than that for Pavlik. Rosinsky is a journeyman a loss waiting to happen. Pavlik has the dream fight.8 round stoppage a mercy beating.
Pavlic has punching power and experience over Rosinsky but Rosinsky has speed and BOXING SKILL. if Pavlic let's this kid box Pavlic will lose...Pavlic took 8 to stop Scott Sigmond...Scott Sigmond is the person you describe in your post...Rosinsky was a world class ametuer with tons of in the ring experience across the world...this is the pros, yes...and it's Kelly Pavlic ...but the guys been in rehab...he's a drunk. I think he's thinking way past this kid....and that always ends in disaster.Comment

rodriguez beat him fair and square, but i was impressed with rosinsky. he's got a terrific chin and he's mentally strong.
he's the type of opponent pavlik will need if he's ever going to get back to contention. i doubt highly that he'll ever be the ghost again, but the guy is only 31.
if he tweaks some things (which he's going under garcia,) he can stretch out his career and get some meaningful wins. he might even win a world title at 168 again if he's matched correctly. the issue there is that the division is filled with good fighters, and they've mostly fought eachother, creating a lineage ( and a bunch of alphabet belts,) under andre ward.
andre ward just might be the best fighter on the planet right now.

C'mon Kelly!!! Keep calling out Froch, beat this guy and we got a lovely match-up on our hands! Even though Froch will probably be too much for Kel, I can admit to being a bit of a Pavtard so let's make it happen Bob!
As for Rosinsky, I've only seen him fight once, but he looked better than these people claiming he's a bum are giving him credit for. Tough fight, kid has a chin... If i had to predict, Kelly on points or late stoppage.
I do wish people would stop pretending they've seen or know about fighters when they don't.Comment

Could you explain to us how this young up-and-coming fighter is a journeyman?Originally posted by White KnightPavlik's camp is happy as hell getting a TV fight with a sure win against a little talent with no skills. Do you know what that word means?! Why post at all?Comment

Nice analysis I hope Pavlik can rise higher than you say though as I am a huge Pavlik fan..rodriguez beat him fair and square, but i was impressed with rosinsky. he's got a terrific chin and he's mentally strong.
