what division does nonito donaire belong in?

i didnt like nonito donaire i thought it was just a big win against darchinyan and that was it bt then i saw him fight more and started really seeing what kind of style he has bt what division do you guys think where he can compete with and dominate world class fighters in the division and make good many at

I used to think he could be at jr lightweight because he is as tall as Pac or Márquez and has bigger reach, and is strong. But he already looks flabby and his face got busted with jabs from a bantam. He must avoid feathers.

I thought he is pushing it at 122, if he could make 118 he should. Remember he fought at flyweight and super flyweight a couple years ago.
