ok so say i was to make boxing workout like this running of some form, sit ups, shadow boxing, heavy bag work, double end bag work, block[ducking,etc] ball hanging from celling and say iwas to add lifting in say bb rows, bench press, sholder press, pull ups, squats, deadliftd.
ok now my question: ive been lifting for about a year with compund and isolation. would i lose my bicep muscle size or any muscle size and strength in genral.
also would i lose muscle or gain muscle and loose fat.
also how much fat can i loose in 3 months
