The Chavez vs Lee fight was close at time of stoppage

i was able to collect 70 scores for this fight for the fightscore blog http://fightscorecollector.blogspot.com

31 had chavez winning, 11 lee and 28 draw

thanks to eveybody who posted scores...i had it 57-57 when fight stopped which went along with the scores i got.

Most had it 58-56 chavez or lee and as you see 28 a draw at 57-57

    press score totals 18 chavez , 3 lee , 7 draw

i think i had it even too. JCCjr is a slow starter though and he was breaking lee down. lee couldnt hurt chavez and couldnt last 12 with chavez' pressure and bodypunching. if you look at the flow of the fight and where it was going it wasnt very competetive despite the scores.

I think Chavez jr had a slight edge over Lee as he was landing flush on the body.

        I had it 3-3.

Did you see Lederman's ridiculous scorecard once again? Had Chavez Jr sweeping rounds 3-6. 11-1 for Bradley-Pacquiao. The guy needs to retire.

Well at least "Housefighter Harold" is consistent with his bias.

It was close but the momentum was with Chavez.

"31 had chavez winning, 11 lee and 28 draw "

Close?. Nice way to disregard the 3:1 amount of people watching Jr. winning. Even press score was 6:1 in that subject.

You ass jockeys forgot to mention the OBVIOUS size differential. Chavez looked around 185 lbs while Lee looked like a cancer patient. Good effort by Lee, he was out boxing Jr but there's no way in hell he'd last 12 against a huge, young strong guy with a good chin.

Good show by Jr, but the outcome was inevitable.
