His conditioning failed him against Vargas, but in my opinion he showed that he had the better skills. Garcia also said that Joseito may improve, similar to how Ortiz improved at '47, saying that Joseito is a big dude. It'll be interesting for as long as it last, I got Ortiz but as Crushin said one never knows with Victor.
