  • I still think (like Chávez Sr. do) that Martínez is gonna build up some excuse to pull himself out of the fight. He is in the border of huge fights and it would be very dumb to risk it to a guy that most likely will eat your best punches like enchiladas, that will take your legs out with two body punches and who has all the tools to whoop your ass in a head to head fight no problem. There are other belts to look for.

How is he gonna hit Martinez more when he doesn't box? He comes straight ahead, he's gonna run into Martinez's left hands all night.

      • Again, level of opposition is everything. The same reason froch ****ed up bute and the same reason pacman ****ed up bradley. Andy Lee is chavez's best win and lee was pretty much untested also. Martinez has been fighting legit competition for the last 3 years while chavez has been fighting bums. The difference will show. The only reason the fight is even competitive is because of the size difference.

You didn´t see last fight or something?, Jr. and Roach showed some very sofisticated work to avoid that. Martínez is already in a world of trouble.

Oh you mean Andy Lee is your measuring stick to know how well Chavez will do against Martinez?

You are just downplaying Lee to fit your wishes. Lee still has good chances of getting a belt.

No I'm not. I bet on Chavez to beat him up and made 100 mil.

                    • I feel Martinez as the nice guy he is or comes across actually hates Chavez Jnr and his silver spoon ass, And that hatred will turn into jaw breaking left hands against Chavez, this will be his final fight i feel he hasn't been at his best against Barker and Macklin but no doubt he come in and stick move and stop Chavez.

Remember that WBC belt is really Martinez'
