I know he refused to give one before the fight, but is it proven that he never gave one at all on fight night?

And I believe Chavez is definitely taking an illegal substance, the fight with Rubio convinced me. He rehydrated up to 181 pounds and went a full 12 rounds not looking sluggish. And of course he never got tested that night cuz the WBC said: "LOL WE FORGOT TO TEST LOL".

Hope I'm wrong, though. Jr is shaping up to be a good fighter.
