                    Chavez Jr has skipped out on 2 straight urine tests. No outrage from any one, but Peterson and Berto get sh-tted on, despite them being the one to start random OST. While Chavez Jr doesn't even want to take the normal tests.

                        If the WBC, Texas Commission, and HBO keeps letting Jr get away with not testing, I can't see why would Jr fight outside of Texas. He's gonna keep fighting there , and when he does decide to fight some where that would enforce him to take tests, he's gonna test positive for a banned substance like he did before in Las Vegas.
