Sad to say even if both continue too win this fight probably will never happen with both guys refusal to travel but how do the guys here see it going?Sturm looked pretty good against Zbik much better then the Felix who fought Macklin and Murray but Chavezs pressure and size would mean a hard night for anyone at MW

sturm is cashing out at this point in his career, he can make good money fighting fringe contenders in germany so i dont see him taking any risks unfortunately. it really is unfortunate bcuz hes a very good fighter and him vs any top MW would be very interesting.

hopefully the golovkin-pirog and martinez-chavez fights both happen and then the winners fight eachother. that would make for some great high quality fights amongst the best MWs willing to take on the best.

I dont know about that i dont know whats happening with the Geale fight but if it is going ahead and Sturm wins there should be alot off backing from HBO for him to fight the winner off Martinez Chavez just so hard to see him leaving Germany or either off them leaving to fight in Germany

I think Chavez comes from behind to KO Strum in the late rounds. Chavez is tough as hell and he just gets stronger as the fight goes on.

Sturm doesn't have the power to beat cruiserweight Chavez, he does have the skills though. Undecided on this one.
