To me, that's ok if you do it once or twice a fight but if you do that every single round, I can help but give it to the other guy is he is controlling the rest of the round and landing punches. If the other guy is just standing there and not doing much, then yeah, those 3 or 4 punches will likely get you the round.

Lampley, for instance would be like, "Yup, those punches there got Pacquiao the round" Especially in round one....sure those 3 punches were nice but does that mean that the manner that Tim controlled the other 2 minutes of the round, the punches he landed, and the fact that Pac was inactive for those two minutes, are worthless and count for nothing?

These thoughts are that goes through my mind when I score a fight. The HBO crew sees a few flush punches and that is the end all and be all..........as long as you are the guy they support.

Just pointing out some things that I noticed....still had it a Pac fight by a couple but it was not a whitewash in any sense.

Well I was refering to Ray's point about round that could have gone to Bradley, Ford gave Bradley 3 rounds that Ray did not believe could have gone to Bradley, so it turned out he did have a problem with his scorecard.

Well here is Round 5, can you tell me the time frames where Bradley lands his 10 best punches of the round?

Who has the better defense this round?

Who is the aggressor and when being aggressive lands their punches and the harder punches?

    Who controls the ring?

Lack of skill from pacq and bradley. And did anyone wonder y pacq couldnt drop bradley after landing his left on multiple occassions? I mean, he did put ssm on his couch after landing it? And ssm steroids or not, has a solid chin.

Looks like team pacq are out of smoke.
in his last couple of fights pac seems to be suffering from a power outage. it makes one wonder since the power is the last thing to go. and its not like he is fighting a middle wt. add to that bradley only has 12 ko's to his credit and has a little power. pac ,from what i heard was never in trouble. so why did he have such a hard time fighting a blown up light wt with no power. pac hasnt had a ko in at least almost 2 years. one has to wonder why???

There is a reason he is going up to 168 instead of taking on old man Martinez next.
You're a total fantasist who constantly spouts outlandish lies. It is an undeniable fact that Julio Cesar Chavez Jr is the undisputed middleweight champion of this world; he's been calling out Martinez for years, but instead your man has been fighting drunks, part-time janitors, 154lb goatfarmers and calling out blown up lightweights.

Why should he continue to chase someone who isn't interested in fighting him? Martinez isn't man enough to get in the ring with Chavez; he knows Chavez would do to him what he has already done to 45 men - end his career.

45 have tried and 45 have failed.

Do you know what undisputed means?

He is by noway shape or form undisputed?
It is and undeniable fact that JJC Jr tested positive for PEDs
Never called out Martinez, in his last fight he said he would get beat Martinez if he fought like he did in that fight, but now he is ready for Martinez.

Who do you think he will fight at 168lbs, I bet real money it ain't going to be Ward, Froch, Bute, Dirrel or Kessler and that goes for the next two years.

I got you, I should have just done a new post instead of a reply...I just hit reply to your post but I was reading his statement. I can see where the judges saw a closer fight than the HBO crew did. I was caught up in the punches when I first saw the fight too, I had also been drinking and influenced by the HBO commentary and crowd response to Pac's punches.

Robberies only matter in the sport when it happens to your favorite fighter... if not... who the hell cares, amirite?

Dude I can only hope you are kidding because if you are serious, you are straight dumb...as in semi-******ed, IQ less than 80.

Martinez has been chasing Chavez Jr, the guy who refuses to take drug tests, the guy that has ducked Martinez 4 times in a row already. Martinez moved up from lmw to dominate legit mw contenders while Chumpez weighs in at 180 pounds on fight night....LMAO.

What happened to the mandated fight against Martinez after the Zibik fight? What is going to happen after the Lee fight? They both signed the document to fight so if Chumpez moves up to 168 instead of fighting Martinez, you need to erase your account due to self-ownage.

Well I managed to go to work, watch the football, go down the gym, go shopping, usual thing.

Who is acting like it is the end of the world?

It is people posting their views on a fight on a forum, you know that thing that happens everyday on here for the last 9 years.

Your post clearly showed you didn't think anyone should be awarding Bradley those rounds.

It will be interesting to see Ford's explanation, not sure Lampley is the one to ask the pressing questions though.
