Jermain only because he's heading into some tougher competition now. Fights with Winky or any of the guys coming up in the super middle division are a definite possibility, and there's plenty of potential for him to trip up.
If/when Lacy takes care of Calzaghe the way is clear for him to dominate for a while. If he takes on Kessler or Zsolt, which I doubt he will, they may give him some trouble but I say he takes both. I'm guessing a move up into light heavy is in the cards, though. At that level maybe Tarver or Glencoffe might give him a bit of a test but they're both getting old fast.Comment

Both have tough fights ahead of them but you must realize that a good boxer will give Lacy extreme problems. Even Pemberton gave him a little bit of trouble with movement. It was inevitable "Sandman" was going to be KO'ed but he still gave Lacy trouble with a little movement. Even against Sheika he was getting outboxed but managed to pull out the victory because he landed a monster shot that changed the fight.Originally posted by BombardierJermain only because he's heading into some tougher competition now. Taylor because he has tougher competition in Winky Wright.
However, if Lacy fights Tarver before Taylor fights Wright, I'd pick Lacy to lose first.Comment

Absolutely but I think he will overwhelm mostly anyone with his relentless pressure at this point tho.Originally posted by Voidobviously there is a little bias there because your a Lacy fan, but do you think that Lacy will have trouble against a pure boxer who jabs and moves?Comment

it's actually quite possible. We'll have to see how Lacy looks against top-notch competition, beating Sandman doesn't prove anything.Originally posted by raesaadAbsolutely but I think he will overwhelm mostly anyone with his relentless pressure at this point tho.Comment
