  • I have always felt Pac's power is overrated at welterweight. Yeah it looks awesome if you stand in front of him like a human punching bag.

Bradley looked like he just got back from a light hike after the fight.

Can't believe people were foolish enough to believe Pac had any chance at even hurting Floyd.

A Victor Ortiz fan shouldn't be calling Bradley a bum, Ortiz who looked for a way out against Mayweather and quit against Maidana.

      • Missing the point.......

You guys are missing the point here. When a fighter talks like they are He-man and fight like Punky Brewster, fans are going to hold them to their words before a fight. Bradley was being real disrespectful about Manny's abilities and challenging him to "break down this wall" Manny is an all-time great and proven warrior in the ring. He's bled more then Bradley will ever bleed inside a ring. He's always ready for war. Look who fought like a boxer. Look who tried to be this slick fighter all of a sudden. Truth is, Manny had him running and proved his greatness for all those idiots claiming he's one-deminsional. His defense has never been better! I am losing respect for Bradley by the day. Remember this, he was the challenger here. He fought like the challenger as well. Manny changes the way fighters fight once they get hit. Doesn't matter if Bradley thinks Holt hits harder. Who the hell is HOLT anyway? My point exactly. He looked out-classed and down right ****** at times in that fight. And as for Manny and Marquez fights; it's simple really. Marquez tries to be too much of a perfectionist in the ring. He's too cute. A fighter like that will never beat Manny. Manny outworks guys like that every day of the week. The 3rd fight was close but Marquez blew any chance of winning in the 12th. He knows that Manny has more stamina and could really hurt him. How come noone talks about that? And it's only going to get worse for whoever he fights next because his killer instinct is back! He tried to kill Bradley. LoL. Good chin on Bradley but that is to be expected at this level. He's the challenger talking about how he took Manny's best shots. Who the F cares!? You got beat up. PERIOD.

        • Pac didnt land that many shots in the fight, some nice ones in the first half of the fight. Bradley landed about one notable right and a couple body shots.....

Bradley was very competitive, i had pac winning, but bradley got the dub, pac, AGAiN didnt put his foot on the gas. He's lettig guys stick around that he shouldnt and its hurting him. It was bound to happen if he keeps fighting in spurts and taking half rounds off.

If this didn't seem like worship I could almost respect it. If I recall, Bradley did infact throw more punches and when he was hit clean he manned up and would exchange. Pac's power is overrated at welter. Nothing wrong with saying that. I feel pac won the fight but what's done is done. Pac couldn't break down the Bradley wall and looked pretty bad towards the end of the fight when Bradley started boxing.

Did people really expect Bradley to "kill" Pac? Really? Have you only been watching boxing for a few months? What's next...You gunna believe Malignaggi if he says he's going to KO someone? Come on it was all hype. Bradey and Pac are pretty dull and Bradley was just trying to hype himself up like most challengers so.

To everybody calling Pac an atg..what does it make Bradley on paper? Fact is he got the win at the peak of Pac's career... I don't like hearing that Pac has been declining because of his Shane/Marquez fight. They just didnt fight him the way Hatton did... This is just what Pac is like and why a lot of us actually like him...because he's vulnerable. Great fighter of this era, nothing more, nothing less. He's not superman and there's something to love about that. I'll be cheering him on his next fight, even if it's against Floyd..even if he's expected to lose.

            • Bradley knows he lost, even after he watched the tape of his fight with Pacquiao. He probably gave himself credit for the rounds were he was close to winning and felt that was a victory in itself. It's sad that he doesn't realize the entire boxing community knows he lost but he will continue to pretend he won. he knows this "gift" of a decision is the only way he will make another multimillion dollar payday.

It's obvious that Pacquiao is no longer in his prime and has been in decline since the Mosley fight. The guy can't fight 3 minutes of every round for 12 rounds any more. He gets tired too fast. He also rarely uses his 4-5-6 combinations anymore. His darting in-out footwork is gone now and he's now flatfooted. The guy doesn't even use lateral movement anymore. Whether you like it or not, Pac is past prime.

                • Without Pacquiao's illegal handwraps he doesn't hit harder then a 140 lber

regardless in how he fought it wasn't good enough to win the fights. HE did get the decision but he didn't beat anyone

                    • Pac's prime was Cotto fight IMO (and its been nearly 3 years). He came in fat as hell, forget about that re hydrating crap. He probably didn't train as hard. Usually we hear that he went extra rounds on the mitts or extra rounds in sparring or he even ran on a Sunday. None of that during this camp. It was business as usual type atmosphere when i was down at the wild card.

He simply has no fire burning in him anymore. The effort isnt there. He's just going through the motions. I dont know if he will ever get it back.
