Fantasy Fight Mares vs Caballero at 122???

Just wondering if Mares would have what it takes to deal with the height and reach of Caba at 122..... Any opinions???

Mares does some dirty stuff when he fights, and I'm a Mares fan. There'd definitely be some low blows and if Caballero tried to clinch, Mares would hold and hit over and over again. I got Mares winning an ugly fight.

Yup agreed. Mares wins an ugly foul tainted fight.

Caballero's height would be a telling problem for Mares hence him resulting to low blows. Nonetheless Mares works him up with those straights despite the height/reach disparity.

I find it interesting that a lot of ppl think that the guy who was a top rated super bantam for around 5-6yrs and also a top 10 p4p fighter in 2009 (albeit briefly) would lose to a guy who is just getting his feet wet at the weight.... Especially when you consider Caba would have about 6 inch height advantage also a 7 inch reach on Mares....

Not to downplay anyone's opinion just find it interesting.....
