I'm behind anyone who wants to improve drug testing procedures in the sport and expose prior cover-ups. It's bigger than personalities, the credibility of the fight game as a professional sport is at stake.

I really can't stand Montoya, the guy is a real blowhard. I don't hate the guy he works hard at what he does but if you ever seen someone so self absorbed and always bragging about themselves as much as Gabe you would get annoyed. Plus his BS article trying to ruin Rick Reeno made him look like a real bitter person, he claims that he told Reeno to keep things confidential than when Reeno moved him to Friday writer, Gabe got mad and it was Gabe who basically broke trust and wrote about everything Rick and he talked about.

He always talks about how he is an actor and was a great theater actor, yet doesn't have an roles or any theater plays that he was in that are worth mention, He also thinks he looks like some model lol, and tries to hit on hot girls on Twitter but doesn't get any play.

Iole just owned him Gabe was trying to lecture Iole with his drug testing knowledge lol, and Iole got fed up and Gabe gets hurt and can't answer back and is probably crying.

for all the **** i give him i'll still be listening to him on the radio tonight

partially because i've got very little going on in life outside of my job
partially because i've got a boxing addiction
and partially because montoya does know a good deal about contemporary boxing, especially on the west coast, where his connections are the strongest

and duenez is a friend of mine. he's a class guy. he gives 110% to this game. what he lacks in terms of the aptitude toward talking on the radio he makes up for with oldschool boxing and fight game knowledge. he's also as real as it gets, and he recognizes the sentiments of the fans and tries his best to echo them
he asks lots of questions fans would ask. there will always be a place for that.
in terms of digging deeper, and asking the questions fans wish they could ask; the great questions; he's not on that level.
