It was MGM who broached the concept of building a temporary arena with 40-45,000 seats, which could also be used for other popular events. The only one available in Las Vegas is too far away from things. MGM either have, or suggested using a 10 acre plot across from the Luxor.

Arum and Top Rank talked about it and posters began jeering at him not MGM, because he's internet boxing outlets' "kicking-boy" for the cretinous crappers.

The mentally challenged idiot posters began diving into voluminous arithmetical convulsions to show that such a stadium would increase revenue by only about $2 mill. They ignored
(a perfect example being able to write-but not read) that Arum and Top Rank said that even if there is NO revenue increase, it would be good for boxing, that all the MGM seats would be bought by Corporate interests, but, with such a stadium, the average fight fan would get a chance to see the live action.

And they're still jeering at Arum about this stadium, even though it could only be begun if and when a concrete Pacquiao-Mayweather fight is signed, sealed and delivered.
