Forget about that. He'll continue fighting Top Rank scrubs.
You are probably 100% right. But that why the question is "who would you pay to see Pacquiao fight?", not "who will Bob Arum match him up with?".

The problem is Manny Pacquiao doesnt take control of his own career. Bob Arum can suggest rematches with Bradley and Marquez all day, but that doesnt mean Manny has to sign on the dotted line. Manny is a huge star, he has the final say. the problem is he has no desire to push himself in the sport of boxing anymore.

Manny ain't fighting nobody at 154.

He would need to know how to slip punches for that.

Pac has probably 2 fights left with Top Rank but i'd rather see him retire at the end of the year.

Judah is a good candidate, he KO'ed Paris but he needs one more good win to earn a shot at Pac.

Berto, even with is steroid use, his still a good opponent for Pac. He fought back against Ortiz after the knockdown and manage to do it to Ortiz also. Then he beat a top 10 ww.

I was really interested in Pac fighting Paul Williams back then.

My choice would be Sergio Martinez at 154, no catch weight. If Pac wins and i mean IF, it would be a great win for him.

Only fights I'd pay to see that involves Pac would be him against either Mayweather or Cotto.
