Marques and Pacquiao was not as close as people are making it out to be. Look at things this way if Pacquiao's replacement was Marquez in that fight and lost people would be screaming robbery just has hard as they are screaming robbery right now.

People are overlooking the fact that putting aside the bias commentary and Pacquiao's scorecards and all this nonsense people were spouting about the challenger having to bring the fight to the Champion. Marquez still won the fight in the eyes of those watching. Had the fight been between people of equal star power and covered with neutral commentary people would have Marquez winning by a much wider margin.

Pac-Marquez is so close that 116-112 either way is acceptable.
