Former WBO featherweight champion Juan Manuel Lopez, contrary to his statements over the weekend in Las Vegas, will have to wait until March 10, 2013 to return to the ring, according to the president of the Professional Boxing Commission of Puerto Rico, Dommys Delgado Berty. Juanma told BoxingScene.com a few days ago that he was looking to return in November, possibly at 130-pounds.

He is lucky Salido is even allowing him to return in the first place.

It's all a revenge tactic by PRs against Lopez. Dude was going to get a highway robbery if he would of survived but got knocked out. Lopez hurt their feelings and money.
