compare above quotes with letter sent to Montoya by GBP's attorneys:

"You have also claimed that Golden Boy entered into a contract with USADA for testing in connection with Floyd Mayweather fights which provided inadvertant use exemption that would permit a positive test to be excused if the result were inadvertant use. And that Mayweather had tested positive on three occasions which were excused under the inadvertant use provision."

Winky and/or Quillin probably tested positive for something by the USADA but was "excused" because of the "inadvertant use exemption" agreement they have with GBP. "Inadvertant use exemption"= took banned substance "by mistake"/"ignorantly" since USADA didn't educate "what not to take". That's why Floidie "excused" 3 times. GBP tried to make same contract w/ VADA unsuccessfully, that's why Lamont and Berto were busted for taking PEDs.

i think floyd should scratch USADA and replace it with VADA as his drug testing agency on his next bout to save face...this is applicable to all boxers....

the reason why Floyd keeps on insisting of having his personal choice USADA to conduct testing everytime he fights just to cover up his drug positive results by using/exercising the "inadverdent exemption agreementt"...He is not open to other testing agency like VADA who already caught two boxers within a month.....Floyd and Golden boy are golf buddies by most of USADA executives...Mosley and Canelo had VADA to conduct testing on their fight on the Floyd vs Cotto supporting bout last May 5 while Floyd sticked to his fav, USADA...WOW!

Pacman agreed to random testing by other independent testing agency except USADA......we know what happened... VADA already caught two boxers with PEDS within one month while USADA has caught none...

USADA didn't test Peterson or Berto so how do you know they wouldn't have caught them. VADA sends the samples to the same place as USADA you simpleton.

as we all know, random testing is no longer an issue..Pacman already accepted the random testing leading to the fight..its just Floyd found another excuse of killing the fight....MONEY!!he wants Pacman to receive no part on the PPV shares/profit....that's an insane and ridiculous offers for such big event....these terms will allow floyd no less than 200 Million earning and give Pacman no more than 40 million earning....WOW!!!
