I'm just glad a free fight is near us. Not paying for another top rank ppv

Wonder if something "controversial" will happen in this fight too.

Exactly, boxing has been hella slow and lame this year, hopefully no shenanigans come saturday night.

Don't be surprised if Lee puts on a show against Chavez but Chavez still gets the customary "gift" W in Texas, a la Top Rank style. People are really overlooking Lee. Bad idea.

I also wouldn't be surprised if Chavez is slightly overweight and loses the title on the scales. Easy duck against Martinez!

Anyone give Lee a chance in this fight and do the UK fans get to see this on sky sports or box nation?

Ive seen a couple times. Once he was getting knocked out by a bum and the other time he was beating a bum. I dont rate Chavez so it should be a winable fight for Lee.

Top Rank is still involved, right? I actually have Julio by TKO in this one, and Andy's skinny "Strike Anywhere matches" that he calls legs, will do him no favors when one of those 180+ lbs lands.

I remember his fight with Craig McEwan last year, when he got ****** and was losing the fight, until his late rally, which resulted in a TKO. McEwan isn't the most skilled fighter out there.

Then he came back a few months later and fought the only guy that had beat him (Brian Vera). He looks to have shown some improvement and was able to keep his composure. If we look at it, Vera was the smaller man, so Im not sure how much that says about Lee's skill against a bigger guys.

How do you have this one going?
