Anyone who knows anything about synthetic testosterone will tell you the amount Peterson had in his body would make no difference to his performance. He won fair and sqaure. But the fact is, on paper, Peterson is still a cheat because he was not allowed that small amount.
How can you be so sure he wasn't cycling off? That's why it was so low.
