Speaking from a legal point of view I don't see how the state attorney general has a role here. There has to be some evidence of wrong doing and the question needed to be asked is, are the scorecards themselves good enough evidence to start an investigation? Is the fact that everyone scored the fight for Pacquiao and the judges scorecards did not reflect this good enough to meet the legal standard needed to start an investigation? I would assume Arum is saying their is corruption involved, but do the judges scorecards alone meet the minimum standard of starting an investigation into corruption? If the NSAC wants to look into it then they should because they do not need to meet any legal threshold. In my opinion there needs to be more in order to get the Nevada AG involved, for example such as someone coming forward (witness) and saying I gave a bag of money to one of the judges at the behest of x. Good luck with that.

i think what could be found is just inept judging, and that alone is bad enough. Getting to the stage where judges just see what they want to see. Some judges might get turned on by running away and pawing with a left hand even if it dont make contact. Its thats the case Pac will never get a decsion.
