    Question about the Welter Division.

    I was looking up Belt holders in this division, through the hundreds of different belts that exist.

    I couldn't find who the WBO champ was, anyone got any info on this?

          pac was the wbo champ since he beat cotto.....now, if there's emerittus or diamond champion for an abc belt, you should forget the regular champion as a world champion....
