I dont think calling Castillo a dumbass mexican was called for. So he should have spit out the mouthpiece too?! That would have made him smart right? Corrales had his wits about him to try to do anything to win. I can't fault that. Same with Trinidad. The man wants to win AT ALL COSTS! He deliberatly hit Vargas with low blows as the momentum was changing. I do have a certain level of respect for fighters that will do anything to win. It might not be the most honorable thing. But they come to WIN. Flat out.
And I'd be hard pressed to find guys with as big of hearts as Corrales and Vargas. If you disagree then you haven't seen enough of their fights. They spill everything they have into the ring plus more. Just admit it, you'd NEVER EVER catch either one of these guys quitting on their stool. EVER.
CORRALES DID WHAT FREITAS DID TO HIM, get that through your head, you son of a *****. It's within the rules so DO IT. Don't hate the man for being smarter than the dumbass Mexican he was slugging it out with. Boxing is part INTELLIGENCE too, but I guess that's beyond you.
What does Corrales doing what Freitas did to him have to do with anything??? So using your backwoods ******ed logic, it would have been okay for Holyfield to bite off the ear of his next opponent since Tyson did it to him.
And no, Einstein, it wasn't within the rules for Chico to spit out the piece. If it were legal, he wouldn't have been penalized a point for doing it on repeated occasions. It also wouldn't have spawned a WHOLE NEW RULE if spitting out the piece were legal.
But hey, don't make my pesky common sense get in the way of your illogical ramblings. I'll actually spare the rest of your posts in this thread. I could eat a box of Alpha-Bits and **** better posts.
vargas had a point taken off him aswell for low blows!
i think vargas's low shots were not on purpose though, but tito's definately were, he would punch low whenever the momentem changed in favour of vargas! i think jay nady just needed to let the fight keep goin on the 2nd time he deducted a point of tito and when vargas had a point taken.theres nothing worse than a long pause in a fight when its as high qaulity as that fight was
Tito was in trouble my ass! Are you serious? did you see the fight? Vargas almost died in there! HaHa your'e a funny guy "Tito was in trouble"....that's hilarious! Vargas would lose with or without the low blows. Tito is known to get knocked down. I think he has been knocked down like 13 times or something like that. Just cause he got knocked down means nothing.
I think it was a part of the fight and they did have an affect on Vargas, I mean he was down twice in the 1st, came back to KD tito in what the 4th and almost had the fight even of maybe ahead, then in the 12th, we all know the story
I thought it was bull**** how Tito got a bunch of warnings for low blows, then Nady tells Vargas not to retaliate. As soon as Vargas throws a low blow, he loses a point. That part was ****in bull****.
The ref in Hatton-Tszyu handled it much better. Tszyu low blowed Hatton, so Hatton gave him a monster low blow in return and got his warning. I loved Hatton for that by the way, and I wasn't cheering him on before the fight. At that point, I was like "damn, this kid is all business!"
