  • I personally could care less about Pacquiao, so trying to be open minded about this, I decided to watch the fight again with no sound as a friend of my suggested who was originally rooting for Bradley. After watching it with no sound, I still wasn't convinced that Bradley won. So then, I decided to watch it with about 10 shots of whiskey and no sound, and I still wasn't convinced. I then decided to watch it one more time while drunk senseless, no sound, and the TV off....and i have to admit that under those conditions......I think Bradley might have won the fight. Maybe that's how those judges watched the entire thing. Either that, or with a huge fat envelope being handed to them under the table from that dirty promoter Bob Arum. People have to remember that there were strong rumors that after this fight, Pacquiao might have broken away from Arum in order to get get the Mayweather bout. Arum is the person that will make the most money out of this rematch.

    • Bob Arum is the man and the true winner on this fight.

A week or two before the fight there's already a poster of Pac vs Bradley II!

Arum at his age still has the best strategy in-terms of promoting and cashing-out of fighters.

Aside from Bob Arum being the winner are the betting public who put their money on Bradley who is 4 or 5-1 underdog. Probably Bob even bet on Bradley that's why we have a day-light robbery.

Anyhow, cong**** for both Pacman & Bradley for the fight. See you in the rematch, probably this Nov.? =)

      • This might be wishful thinking but maybe this crap is somehow going to lead close to a Mayweather-Pacquiao bout.

i wish i could of seen Arum face when the decision was read. FU Arum you scum.

I saw him celebrating with his champion, Bradley - he knew the fix was in!!! How could a promoter of two fighters not be absolutely outraged that one of them was so clearly done wrong by the authorities at hand?

Bob Arum was smiling from ear to ear as he congratulated his new welterweight champion - the guy who got wobbled from pillar to earpost numerous times and lost 8 or 9 rounds in the course of the fight.

          • Yes it was far, far worst than Lewis/Holyfield or Trinidad/De la hoya.

Bradley lost 8 or 9 rounds while being repeatedly wobbled from pillar to post. He never seemed to throw more than a 3-punch combo, more often it was 2-punches. He could not hurt Manny despite his physical physique which did enable him to persevere through the foot injury he sustained in round 4 and the 190 power punches he repeatedly received from the busier Pacquaio

              • I thought the fight was close. I thought that Manny landed about 9 clean punches. I thought bradley landed more punches in general.

I think they should have given Manny the fight but as Manny Steward said " they gave him the gift the last time so they were not gonna give him an easy victory this time"

He was under more scrutiny this time around. I don't care for Lampley's **** riding. He was saying things and seeing things that just weren't happening.

Harold lederman?? All i have to say is that Manny is their cash cow and they wanted to see what was not there.

Looked to me like two guys who didn't know how to set anything up and throwing punches wildly all over the place.

If anything it should tell you that Bob has no intention of letting Pac fight Floyd at all. There was talk of them fighting in November. Remember

Now all of a sudden pac looses and his rematch is guess when?

                  • Ariza was out of magic juice

Why is no one asking why the hell does Manny only fight for a maximum of one minute of every round????
Watched it live and thought Pacquiao dominated the fight, just watched it back and I can understand why the judges might have gone the other way.
There were a number of rounds where Bradley kept him on the end of the jab for 2 mins of the round and then Pac would jump in for the last 30 seconds or so and throw a few flurries. Maybe the judges didn't like him not doing much and trying to steal rounds at the death?
Bob clearly had the fix in and Manny is in on it aswell, he could have stopped Bradley a couple of times but held back. They know the only 2 fights that will make big money are a Bradley rematch (only possible if Bradley wins) or a Mayweather fight (and you are crazy if you think Arum wants that fight)

I thought the fight was close, although I fig'd it would take a miracle to ever get a split decision call over manny seeing as how marquez has had his pockets ripped a few times in the past. The amusing part here is this fight was actually competitive (but no one is saying pac had a bad showing)..He didnt blow through bradley esp when tim decided to box and not ****. 2 ?'s..1. Can we all agree now that manny pac has trouble against fighters who can box, move and effectively counter??..2. Who's the best pure boxer in the game today??
