          guess there's a lotta planning but if it comes off this is a great idea to give boxers flying under the radar a chance to move up & prove themselves...good 4 the WBC to try, more than the other weak bodies...

                in a few years time I expect to read an article about how some corrupt official has embezzled 95% of the revenue of this "World cup" and that about $5000 actually went to retired boxers.
