Wayne McCullough wants Israel Vazquez for the Championship "Double or Quits"

The Pocket Rocket Wayne McCullough stated the other day he wants a shot at Vazquez's titles. The scenerio is if he loses he retires, end of story.

At first by reading this I thought, cmon Wayne, to get back in the mix I think he needs a moral boosting win, so thump on some no name guy then go after the title. Which he still can do. Have a fight against a bum in Feb/March and set up for a title shot with Vazquez in early summer.

And the more I think about the more it could work. Vazquez style is more Waynes speed, a come forward fighter w/ power, but then again nobody can floor Wayne. Vazquez also doesnt have a big reach and doesnt poses the speed of Larios. And it could work, Larios is going to be sidelined for a while with that nasty cut, and McCullough is arguably the biggest draw in the division. And he promised that when, not if, he beats Vazquez he will grant Larios a rematch to fight in Belfast, Ireland.

    Please.

McCullough has taken beating after beating in the ring. He should fear for his health. He is not safe in there with a prime, game opponent like Vasquez.

I'm hoping to GOD Wayne does not fight again.

Wayne McCullough isn't deserving of another title shot.I'd like to see Vasquez give Cellestino Caballero a shot.

Rafael should move up and chase Vasquez. It makes no sense fo Rafael to do a Bernard and stay at 118lbs fo ever when there aint no competition thurr right now.

lol, Wayne how to get to have 3 straight tries at the belts without fighting up in the ranks? Did we miss something? Wayne is calling the shots, I guess. Marquez should go up and take Vasquez on.I think it will be a much more exciting fight than with Larios.

Wayne should call it a day, or at least get back in line, and win a couple of tune ups, what a warrior he has been though.

Wayne McCullough is a human punching bag. All he has to offer is a good chin and legs that move forward. If he fights again then i lose all respect for him. He has a wife and child, why doesn't he think of them?
