Grading fighters?

We heard the phrase many time, "he is a B class fighter or a C class fighter but maybe we have all different grading methods, do we grade on a curve as well.

Well here are some of my grades for current fighters.

A+ Manny Pacquiao
A Sergio Martinez, Nonito Donaire
A- Andre Ward, Juan Manual Marquez, Wladamir Klitchko
B+ Tim Bradley, Carl Froch, Yuriorkis Gamboa
