I really wonder how they get Jr down to 160. If he's 175 a few days before... Is it all water?

Well it has been known that they mess with the scales when Jr is about to weigh in, I think 2 of his previous opponents have complained of him not actually stepping on the scale for more than 2 seconds before he came off.

its not hard to drop 15 pounds of water weight and some last fight in a few days. all bodybuilders do it before a competition. Why cant boxers do it.

Human Body weight is made up of 70% water.

I used to wrestle in high school and I had to cut weight all the time.

I could lose 8 pounds in about 5 hours by running in sweats and spitting.

The Arriza shake seems to have made wonders for Jr's arms
