Comments Thread For: Danny Green Back on July 25th, Faces Danny Santiago

Former crusierweight champion Danny Green (31-5, 27KOs) will take on Danny Santiago (31-5-1, 19KOs) on July 25th in Perth. Green says it might be the final time that he sees action in Western Australia. Santiago has lost three of his last five, including a TKO loss to WBA 175-pound champion Beibut Shumenov in 2011. Green hasn't fought since he lost to WBC champion Krzysztof Wlodarczyk at Challenge Stadium in November.

It is one of the funniest and saddest things to see Danny chase a rematch with Mundine, LH is still 4 divisions away from Mundine, i dont blame him though, he is at the end of a 'pretty good' career and wants to make up for the last few pathetic years he has provided for the Aussie public, i wish him the best though and hope he moves on after boxing.
