I read in one of articles that he use to never take bathroom breaks during training and would use the bathroom only 3 times a day. He usually ate zero junk food during training so the need to doo doo wasn't that often. As of now, though. He usually takes ****s before dinner (and somtimes late night), because he likes to eat a big meal and have all the room he can. I don't know what time it is back where he lives, but if you can figure out the time then your question would be answered, because he usually eats dinner shortly after sunset according to his book. His favorite meat is steak. Karma would be appreciated.
