Out of these 4 guys, who would you say had the faster hands?

I've seen Roy pull a 21 punch combo in about 6 seconds.

I've seen Pac pull a 7 punch combo in a second against Margarito.

I've seen SRL and Howard Davis Jr have super human blinding handspeed as well.

I'm leaning on Pac or Roy Jones Jr though. Thoughts?
