I think he cares more about money but he obviously cares alot about his legacy, too.

You can never have too much money, but Floyd has a LOT of money and could have retired after the Mosley fight if he wanted to.

Coming back to fight Ortiz and Cotto and beating both of them shows it's not just about money anymore. Ortiz was the best fighter from 140-147 not named Pacquiao when Floyd fought him. Khan was talking about needing one more year to fight Floyd, Bradley was having promotional issues. Ortiz was the best fighter Floyd could have fought and that's who he fought. Cotto was the "best" at 154 supposedly, but regardless he was rated #1 and that's who Floyd fought.

In the meantime, fighting the two best possible options he could have fought, those were also the most lucrative.

As long as your the most lucrative and realistic option for Floyd, he will fight you. Realistic meaning, you're not with Top Rank. Floyd's next fight will once again be against the most lucrative option who is not under Top Rank, that could possibly be Canelo Alvarez, and Amir Khan would definitely be in the picture if he can beat Danny Garcia. But i'm pretty sure GBP. Haymon, Ellerbe are all leaning towards Canelo in 2013 if he keeps his winning ways. I can see Floyd taking a "tune-up" in December[Maybe Khan], and then Canelo in May 4th 2013, one day before the popular May 5th.

Nah. Floyd will be mainly thinking about Miss Jackson in his cell. He'll conjure up images of her screwing around and doing extra curricular activities. You know the feeling. It will drive any man crazy in that situation.

He'll think about the Pacman fight, of course, but that can be decided any time after leaving prison. I don't think he cares about being blamed for the fight not happening.
