the dreaded term is a generalization that involves hundreds and hundreds of drugs. Once again, say what you mean.

The people that use the abbreviation quite frankly have no business discussing it. They say it because they aren't educated in the area enough to pinpoint specific drugs. They just throw out this ****** abbreviation to make up for their lack of knowledge of the subject.
