Let's be honest, HBO 24/7 is full of made up stories. Insiders have repeatedly said that they do lots of takes of the same scene, and every "actor" knows exactly what to say in the scenes. Gabriel Montoya said a long time ago that his sources told him it's 90 % made up stuff. Fight Camp 360 on the other hand is more "natural", at least compared to HBO 24/7.
on topic: Ariza was always the "fall guy". When pple said Pacquiao might be on steroids, the Roach camp said something like "Ariza is the one responsible for the supplements, food, etc.". (I dont remember the exact words, but it was clear that in case something would happen, Ariza would be the fall guy). And Ariza doesnt give a f*#k cause he probably gets paid enough. Its all about the money. If HBO approached Ariza and told them they will hype the Bradley-Pac fight on Ariza's costs ("fired, blablabla"), Ariza would just say "no problem". Ariza knows his role. And he knows creating interest in the fight will later pay off in PPV numbers and the Pacquiao hype machine would keep rolling.
Thats what its about.
I dont even know who hired and fired Ariza in the last 2 months but the dude left the Khan camp at least twice in the last year or so.
Of course its possible that Ariza really left Pacquiao's camp cause he wanted to, but really? He gonna leave the camp of the best p4p fighter in the world? I can only imagine he would do it if Chavez pays him A LOT MORE.
