I think the whole "Ariza is fired, etc." thing is made up by HBO

Let's be honest, HBO 24/7 is full of made up stories. Insiders have repeatedly said that they do lots of takes of the same scene, and every "actor" knows exactly what to say in the scenes. Gabriel Montoya said a long time ago that his sources told him it's 90 % made up stuff. Fight Camp 360 on the other hand is more "natural", at least compared to HBO 24/7.
on topic: Ariza was always the "fall guy". When pple said Pacquiao might be on steroids, the Roach camp said something like "Ariza is the one responsible for the supplements, food, etc.". (I dont remember the exact words, but it was clear that in case something would happen, Ariza would be the fall guy). And Ariza doesnt give a f*#k cause he probably gets paid enough. Its all about the money. If HBO approached Ariza and told them they will hype the Bradley-Pac fight on Ariza's costs ("fired, blablabla"), Ariza would just say "no problem". Ariza knows his role. And he knows creating interest in the fight will later pay off in PPV numbers and the Pacquiao hype machine would keep rolling.
    Thats what its about.
I dont even know who hired and fired Ariza in the last 2 months but the dude left the Khan camp at least twice in the last year or so.
Of course its possible that Ariza really left Pacquiao's camp cause he wanted to, but really? He gonna leave the camp of the best p4p fighter in the world? I can only imagine he would do it if Chavez pays him A LOT MORE.

pac didnt fired ariza nor did hbo report that pac fired ariza so what are u talking about?? ariza was always the "fall guy"?? what??? ariza has only been with pac since 08 and until now pac has only had 1 bad fight and that was with jmm when they were blaming it on not doing the proper excercise so how could ariza always be the "fall guy"?

I was talking about the time Pac was accused of steroid use. Roach said something like "Ariza is responsible for what Pacquiao takes". So it was clear Ariza would be the fall guy. as for now: on HBO 24/7 you heard Roach saying he will suggest Manny to get rid of Ariza. And I believe that is all just BS and HBO uses this "story" to create interest. And didnt Khan or Chavez fire Ariza recently?

So Khan is also getting paid by HBO to participate in this Ariza bashing charade?
How much exactly can HBO pay Ariza to drag his name into the mud? That's his reputation we are talking about after all.

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure things out in this. Ariza most likely have been regarding himself as becoming an indispensable part of Roach team. He thinks he's worth more than he's getting. Roach disagrees; anyone with the same work experience can do just as well. So there you have it. Pacquiao keeping Ariza is most likely out of compassion.

I don't think they're getting paid it's just more exposure for the fight.

I also heard that Floyd was "humble" at first in the first ever 24/7 with Oscar, but HBO wanted to label one guy the good guy and the other the villain. Floyd completely changed his outlook and HBO encourages him to keep the villain role.

I really don't know why all you guys feel you have to paint Mayweather white.?? He has a reputation for beating up people going back to his late teens. He was officially convicted of criminal assault in Grand Rapids before he ever came to live in Las Vegas and has been convicted FOUR times of assaulting women.

Get over it. He's an almost illiterate thug, and he likes being that way. Who cares anyway.

Youre right about that reputation, and if Manny wants it, he can get beat up too...
