Tarver could take this guy out easy but he isn't throwing enough. When he throws, he dominates......hard to see that when you are in the ring I guess.

Tarvers punches are all arm punches. He just wants to touch him up thinking he's scoring points. But he needs some power behind those punches cause he's gonna need to knock lateef out or loose on the cards.
