I hope he doesnt think this makes him gangsta or something.
That's what I'm thinking as well. What is the whole point of sending someone to jail for 90 days if they are going to be in PC the whole time. The whole point of sending someone to jail is to punish them, and hopefully scare them straight. Might as well have kept Floyd on house arrest for 90 days.

Yup, just like Floyd to rely on the judges to give him a gift decision.

PC is no walk in the park. He's automatically ostracized from the rest. You make PC sound like a good thing. I would see this as a punishment for sure. He does not have the luxuries he would have if he was free. HIs freedom has been taken away as a punishment. I think you've been watching too many movies that warp the actual reality of what jail time means.

I work in law enforcement and I know, from a different perspective, that he will be "punished" through his jail time in general. Pathetic and examples of preferred treatment are for prima donnas like Hilton or Lohan get out after just a couple of hours. Floyd is actually serving time. Sad would be for him to have served it via house arrest.

The PC aspect is more for the general peace-keeping of the facility, not so much for Floyd. If you see a desk and window as a luxury so be it, but your perception of what is luxurious is very mundane to the general person's perception.

But, for the most part, people clowning the treatment are doing it morese out of ignorance of the reality, or because they are looking for a cheap and unoriginal jab at Floyd.

I don't care for his money persona and would hope he reflects on that and comes out a more positive individual. I think it could benefit him more. Yet, for my dislike for his money persona I'm not looking to kick a man when he's down either, especially with ignorance to his reality.

There would be so many people vying for his attention, it would be out of control. Many will volunteer freely to be his personal bodyguard. Riots would happen as others mentioned, because everyone will want to be down with the golden goose. He would cause too much commotion. And there is no way in hell Floyd gets touched without that person getting killed or severely beaten down.

The very act of everyone vying for his attention means that inmates would literally be fighting each other over him! Protective custody wasn't an option, it is a necessity.
If Floyd pays them for protection. These guys didn't end up in jail for admiring sports players or movie stars. These guys are in jail for breaking the law. Do u think they gives a flying phuck about Floyd?? They would rather do something to Floyd so they can make a name for themself in there. Not unless like I said floyd pays for his protection. But ur funny to think a bunch of grown azz convicts will be waiting in line to hold Floyd's hand haha!

In floyds case it was smart for him to pc cause I'm sure a lot of inmates in the general population would like to get their hands on Floyd.
My point was that almost all celebrities or well known figures are isolated in jail/prison. I don't see why people are even reacting to this news.
