Rosado needs to make this a fight, he is not a better boxer than Powell and I can't see this laying back paying off for him. Powell will make him pay a bit but Rosado could overwhelm him if he really attacks.

yup, as soon as Rosado steps up the pressure Powell will fall apart. he had him up on the ropes early in this rd but thats all. hes getting a little closer to him now but nothing effective, powell still the better boxer in medium range.
