    Pacquiao vs Ortiz, anyone?

anyone thought of this match-up late this year if Pac wins over Bradley, honestly, besides Floyd, Manny will run out of challengers, Marquez' disrespectful towards Pacman I think may convince Manny to finally close the door on a possible fourth fight, and a Mayweather bout seems a distant far.

Then who's gonna fight Pacquiao after June 9, win or lose. Im going for a Floyd "leftover" again and that is Victor Ortiz, a former sparring mate of Pacman.

    Amir Khan, no way
    Brandon Rios, oh please

I think Pacquiao either makes him quit or TKOs him late.

I would give Ortiz a good shot in this one. PAC is easier to hit then that other guy but he is really fast with a bigger punch. I would like to see it

Ortiz should have to have a win first, but I think he would be ko'd again.

Agree, its an appealing match up, both are heavy punchers. it wont last the distance.

Ortiz has no chance of winning it, even without such a matchup's likely
object of preparing the ground between TR & GBP for a potential fight
between Floyd and Manny (which in turn DEMANDS a Pac win vs. Victor).

Pac is like 5-1-1 against southpaws (7-2-1 if u count Morales as a switch hitter)...Floyd is the one ducking southpaws though kids!

Terrible style matchup for Ortiz. I see him having a lot of trouble landing anything significant because of Pac's movement. From what I have seen you really need some solid counterpunching skills and a lot of mental fortitude and patience to compete with pac and those happen to be Ortiz's weakest areas.

I see what you did there....

Thanks for bringing up Floyd in a thread not related to him whatsoever for the sole purpose of baiting.
