You are right; defo something going on in this camp regarding his conditioning. He just does not look as good as usual.

Pacquiao has always been like that. He looks ripped and cut when he flexes but when his muscles are relaxed, he looks normal and soft looking. That's what you want as a boxer, you get more power and speed from those muscles. They are not tight. In the other pics he has a shirt on and there is little to no definition seen in his arms and no sweat on the shirt.
After I workout, I look like I'm 10 pounds lighter (really only about a half a pound or so) but I look lean. Before the workout, I look less defined....I'm just saying, I don't think he is THAT cut up right now. I mean he didn't even start training till the end of April and he looked a lil flabby then. They want you to see what they want you to see.....just like those Khan pics in the other thread.
He looks fat in the first pic but in the others, he looks a couple pounds lighter....most likely after working out for an hour or so.
**I could be wrong but he looks a lot more ripped in the first pic than the other two for some reason.
That's why I find guys like Berto and Bradley and even Mayweather su****ious because they keep the definition even when they're relaxed.Comment

Actually that's where Pacquiao gets his power and speed. When he is relaxed his muscles are relaxed. When he needs to use those muscles they are there available at anytime.
Tight muscles loses power and definitely loses speed.Comment
