    JMM I
    Cotto

    Overwhelming Favorite:

    Clottey
    Mosley
    Margarito
    Diaz
    Barrera II
Pacquiao was the favorite in the second morales fight, but yes the Cotto fight was almost even. People poured in money for Cotto hours and minutes before the fight and by the time the betting closed for me Pacquiao was only -150 or -140.

I don't think Pac is overrated at <135. His run at 135+ is very overrated.

it's b/c he's filipino. filipino's are very proud of their background/culture. And they're very proud of celebrities who are filipino. he definitely has skills, you can't doubt that. but being filipino definitely helped his cause.

Hes a great fight who has had his record padded by big names that were either past it or had no business fighting at the weight they fought - this has only happened since he became boxing's 2nd biggest cash cow, around the time of the David Diaz fight.

For me, the Bradley is more like it.

Overrated? Yes, slightly, but not the most overrated fighter of the last 25yrs.

Can some please explain why Manny fought Clottey and Margarita and Mosley?
Manny is overrated, he got outboxed 3 times by JMM, he beat a 145 pound Cotto, he beat Clottey, margarita, and Shane.. Wow? Oh and he KO'd Ricky who looked lost from the start of the bell, not to mention he didnt look to good in his previous fight.

And who would you rather have him fight at that time?

Oh, and don't mention the other no names, like Morales, Barrera, Ledwaba, Sasakul, Hoya. Between the Marquez 2 and Marquez 3 fights he wins 70 rounds straight, that's GOAT stuff right there.

Well keeping in mind that Pacquiao really didn't do much until his 41st fight ... and that he only had 12 fights between that debut and 135 ... and he got beaten in those 12 fights ... I'd say that Pac is vastly overrated less than 135.

Be honest. Barrera, Morales and JMM are his claims to fame. Morales holds a win over him. All three of his bouts with JMM were questionable decisions. Especially the the third fight where JMM taught Manny a boxing lesson.

No, it's because he promotes him. You would actually believe he would say otherwise and jeopardize his business with Mayweather?

He got beat up plain and simple against Pac, against May he walked away with a split decision and no marks on his face. Yeah, tell us another one.
