this should be a terrific fight.

both guys like to punch and they're good at it.

cloud's more consistent and works toward a higher tempo. pascal fights in spots. i think he'll do enough in those spots to win him the decision. he's got decent footwork and reflexes, and he's got much faster hands.

the task for cloud will be to put on the pressure and make him fight when he's trying to take a break. if he can make him fight later on when he must take a break then he'll have a shot of winning via late stoppage.


should be a high contact fight. cloud doesn't get out of the way very well, and pascal has fast hands and can crack

Both guys are flawed and lack some technical seasoning but it does have the makings of a war....I dont see this going the distance because both fighters want some form of redemption....Pascal can get wild and Cloud can crack....neither has an elite defense so I could see a back and forth war and I'd go with Pascal considering he has faced better competition and has more experience at the top level.....you dont fight Hopkins twice and dont learn something in the ring

Kind of funny to see everyone picking Pascal. Before the Campillo fight, I guarantee the majority would have picked Cloud. Fickle bunch around here.

haha i know right! disappointing year for boxing. who knows, with these cancellations opens up different matchups for the fighters. might turn out alright, well see.
